RSP : AGM & TEAM BUILDING TRIP IN GOA
As a company, Ravago makes corporate trips and team bonding a part of its culture.
For the first time since the company’s inception, Ravago Shah Polymers (RSP) held its annual general meeting beyond the headquarters in Bangalore, India. The company organized a 3 day trip for 50 employees in South Goa.
Spread across a scenic location, the resort offered a perfect environment to unwind, relax, and rebuild as a team. The employees were ecstatic when they entered, and enjoyed the first day soaking in the goa sun and bonding with their teammates. The company also organized several exciting water sports like Jet skiing & Parasailing. It was beautiful watching the sun surrender to the ocean and observing the vibrant colors of the sunset. Day 1 ended with a delicious dinner followed by several hours of dancing and fun.
The company also planned a range of team-building activities, one of which was a treasure hunt. The employees were divided into 5 teams and carried out various activities that required communication, group work, and task management. The activities performed inspired creativity and honest feedback. Following that, the employees were presented with an overview of the RSP digitization plan. An award ceremony was also conducted, where employees were rewarded for their hard work and commitment.
On the final day, there was a training workshop conducted for the RSP sales team, that involved the personal development of skills and techniques related to creating new sales opportunities. The team also experienced the Goa carnival and Panjim shopping festival before they returned home. Overall, the trip helped enhance collaboration between different departments, helped develop leadership skills, and taught the employees how to learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
