Ravago Shah Polymers : Women’s Day Celebration 2022

On March 8th, the world celebrates International Women’s Day. This Day marks an occasion to celebrate the progress made towards the economic, social, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.Individuals, groups, and organizations come together on this day to propel women’s empowerment while also reflecting critically on past accomplishments to strive for an increasingly gender-equitable world.
This year, the team at Ravago Shah Polymers (RSP) and Ravago Manufacturing India (RMI) celebrated the strong women of Ravago. Our team recognises what each and every woman brings to the table and deeply values all the work they put in to make the company great.
On 8th March, the RMI team gathered to celebrate the occasion where they shared their views and experiences working with all the women members. To commence the event, bouquets of flowers and sweet treats were distributed to all the women, followed by a lovely open mic event and quiz competition to bolster the celebration. The following day an expert session was conducted by advocate Krupa Shah, on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment – Act 2013, for the women at RMI.
Moreover, the men at RSP added to the vibrant day by adorning the office space with colorful balloons and gifting the women flowers and chocolate baskets. We also had a cake cutting ceremony, where personalized greeting cards with individual notes were distributed to the women members of Ravago India.
